xoxo,
Are you ready to learn how to
fast track your goals?
Here are a few of Dr. Barbara’s top tips:
Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neurological connections. Every time we say something or think something about ourselves it makes an imprint, both negative and positive so what kind of messages are we sending our brains? Be conscious of our thoughts in one of the first steps to propel goals into action.
Affirmations help with neuroplasticity.
by giving body-positive messages every day, this helps to rebuild new, positive pathways to support success.
A big step is learning how to switch your inner language. This is where a coach can come in.

22:00 min: on muscle testing, a 2000-year-old technique, re-introduced in the chiropractic field about 100 years ago.
the basic principle: when we say something (think about it, or hold it) in our energy field the muscle test will determine whether it is good for us or not. A strong, positive muscle test is obtained when that thing is good for us, and a negative, weak muscle test depicts something not so great for us.
