Here are a Few of Hanna’s To TIps for Health Care Practitioners, Coaches, etc:
Remember that there are many choices for clients to access the services they need today. From online Doctors, Naturopaths, Coaches and even Google helping to self-diagnose, clients are in the driver’s seat more than ever before.
Focus on creating a conversation and dialogue with clients as opposed to talking ‘to’ or ‘at’ them. This helps to create genuine relationships with your clients and bring them to feel at ease with the care you or your team are providing.
If possible, incorporate best practices such as greeting clients with a warm welcome and allowing for late or missed appointments to be a non-issue. Focusing on treating the patient the best you can when they do show up can help reduce stress levels and nourish client relations.
Are you a Health Care Practitioner, Doctor or Coach? How do you ensure you are creating the best client care for your practice? What are some of the changes you have seen in the last decade relating to the client’s access to information and the ability to self-diagnose?
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this below or on the Insta post for this episode. Join in and let me know your perspective on the client care model in the comments below, either as the provider or recipient and thanks for your continued support of the show!
